The Vancouver Island Cycle Tourism Alliance Map and Guide was printed in August. "It’s Worth the Ride" is finding its way across the continent. A great planning resource, the guide maps out cycle tour route options, mountain bike destinations and local rail trails. It’s an open invitation to ride the island. The National Centre for Bicycling and Walking in Washington, DC, will host Pro Walk/Pro Bike at Victoria’s Conference Centre from September 7 to 11th, 2004. 700 delegates will explore west coast cycling and our most walkable city.
